JAMES NAUGHALTY

James began his construction career as a groundworker and progressed to earn a First-Class degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. He gained practical experience as a setting out engineer and Foreman before moving into consultancy, specializing in civil structures and foundations. Alongside his career, James ventured into property investment, purchasing and renovating residential properties.

He has successfully refurbished and sold three properties and is currently managing a bungalow project in Pensby, Wirral. James founded Edgehill Builders, collaborating with investors on various projects, including buy to-let refurbishments and HMO conversions. He is currently involved in two JV partnerships on bungalow extensions and a new build. Over the past three years, he has revitalized around seven properties, working with private investors and leveraging personal acquisitions.

JAMIE GILLESPIE

Jamie Gillespie has accumulated over a decade of experience in property finance. He currently leads the bridging and development team at one of the UK’s largest brokerages. Jamie’s expertise has been instrumental in handling significant projects, with his largest to date being a £54 million GDV development in Rickmansworth. Jamie specializes in bridging and development finance, offering expert guidance and solutions in these complex areas. His skills extend beyond these specialties to include buy-to-let (BTL), house in multiple occupation (HMO), and commercial mortgages. His comprehensive knowledge and experience in these areas make him a valuable asset in the property finance sector.
